Center Harbor Provisions

This is a design build by Kurt! The building was purchased by a former client, and Kurt and crew were asked to renovate it into something special.  Located directly across the street from the Center Harbor docks on Lake Winnipesaukee, Center Harbor Provisions, provides the perfect place to stop and get some delicious bites to eat, beer, wine, soda and other snacks for boat, home or the workplace.  Alan Mann's crew worked on the exterior of the building and Kurt's crew handled the interior.  This project was completed on a whirlwind of a timeline!  Everyone entering the building during the Grand Opening was awed and delighted.  

Design

The vision for this restaurant began with many hours of creative work using Chief Architect and Kurt's engineering talents, and proceeded with multiple meetings with the building's owner Dave, to get the perfect plan in place, meeting the project's budget at all times.  The next step was to develop an action plan, set up sub contractors, and schedule in the K.A. Clason Corp. crew amidst their busy schedule.

Build

Building and putting our workmanship to use, are the parts of the job we love best!  Making sure that all of the spaces of the building meet the customer's needs and desires is our most important goal.
