On our last blog post we showed you the home Little Green under construction. Since that time our crew has completed that home and entered it in the 2017 Parade of Homes where it took home the Peoples Choice Award! Check out some of the pictures below:

Following that Parade we have continued to build and remodel stunning homes all around the lakes region. 

Our current project is a 1940's lake house on Newfound Lake. The home was built by one of the homeowner's grandfather and great care was taken to make sure the home retained the same charm. We lifted the house and poured a new foundation under it as our first step. From there we pulled the original wall boards and preserved them to be re-used once the new floor plan was framed out. We also pulled all the original door jambs and trims that had the heights of children and grandchildren marked on them dating back to the 1940's, all of these trims and jambs were re-installed on the doorways in the remodeled home. This home is our entry in the 2019 Parade of Homes, we are house #2 and hope to see you the weekend of October 12th-14th! Check out these sneak peaks:
